Elizabeth Raye Franklin was born this afternoon weighing 7lbs 0oz, 20 inches long. Mom (Scott's sister Jill) and baby are doing great! Scott and the kids are planning to go see them tomorrow. I have to wait until I'm flu free. I can't wait to hold her!
